guys share nman kayo kung anu ba tlaga ang the best to gain weight?
These are my problem gusto ko kc tumaba khit konti lng.im to skinny...hehehe

ako healty ako sa sobrang healthy over weight na... kaya siguro i can give you best advice para mag gain ng weight...

1. KUMAIN NG KUMAIN (LOTS OF CARBs) rice, egg, milk (Protiens) Beef, Pork, sea foods...SARAP!
2 TULOG NG TULOG, LOL...
3. sweets and ice cream...
4. BEER...hahaha
PUYAT DIN...and kain uli, tas kape... tingnan natin in one week di ka bumigat...try mo...ehhehe

nice thread! ako din gusto ko tumaba. post pregnancy ko below 50kg na ata ako Sad

mahilig din ako kumain ng kanin at tinapay eh kaso mukhang no effect sa ngayon

eat variety of foods pero wag din naman masyadong marami..sabi nga ang sobra ay masama din Smile atleast 3 meals and 2 snacks pwede rin mag midnight snack to attain your ideal weight..
matulog atleast 8 hours a day..
wag ding kalimutang mag-exercise kasama rin yun para healthy.. Very Happy

Need mo lang magkaroon siguro ng laman. Kain ka lang ng mga healthy foods like fuits and vegetables, inom ka rin ng gatas. Tingnan mo ung mga babies, milk lang naman ang iniinom nila pero malusog sila. Take multi vitamins din. have a complete sleep, wag magpupuyat. Hope makatulong sau.
