| Who wouldn't want a sexy body? a body that can fit a small/medium size clothes. many of us mostly girls are into dieting. I am one of those girls who do diet but for me I am having a hard time on how and which diet process should I follow. I gained weight after giving birth. I want to decrease my weight and the bulge in me. I hope you can give an advise or tip on how to achieve again slim body.. | |

| hi sis! try to eat small meals lang everyday and before eating inom ka muna 2 glasses of water para hindi ka na makakain ng madami.. don't skip meals..eat more vegetables and fruits.. exercise atleast 30 mins everyday basta yung papawisan ka kahit sa bahay lang or if may time ka pumunta sa gym mas okay din..since kapapanganak mo pa lang kung nagpapa breastfeed ka sa baby mo maganda rin yun at mabilis na paraan para pumayat.. sana makatulong! | |

| Im not really on diet. I eat balance food. Just 1 cup of rice every meal lang. Im not into carbonated drinks rather fresh fruit juice or milk. I see to it na nakakapag exercise ako para maburn ko ung mga calories ko. | |

| Tips to reduce weight First turn your head to that left thn turn it to the right....repeat this exercise everytime you are offered something to eat. hope these help you. | |
