Posting Rules
Things that are not allowed:
- Posting in any other language then English and Tagalog (must be legible English and Tagalog).
- Spamming anywhere but in the spam section, this includes spamming advertisements.
- Verbally abusing another member. This includes personal attacks and threats.
- Thread Hi-jacking! You may not post a referral link in a thread that does not belong to you.

Posts may be bumped once per 48 hours at maximum.

Threads become locked after 20 days of no posts being made in the thread. Bumps do not count as activity.

What is a bump? When you post a message inside your own thread in order to get it to go to the top of the list again.

Account Rules
- You may not create more then one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.
- Punishments will be given out in the form of infractions and/or ban if serious enough. Getting an infraction means, that you will lose 40 points per infraction. 10 infractions is an automatic permanent ban. We will ban accounts as we see fit, and all decisions are final.
- Spammers will be permanently banned from our site by IP and Email.

Private Messaging Rules
Things that are not allowed:
- Starting a trade through private message. Trades must start in the buying, selling and trading
- You may not send links, files, images, or anything other then text through PM.

Required Title Format
When submitting your program, make sure you use the following format:
Thread Title: "Program Title" - "Program URL"
Example) My program's title is ProPTC, the URL is http://www.ProPTC.com/ so the title should be as follows: ProPTC - www.ProPTC.com

Why do programs need to be in this format?
This is so that when you go to post a thread about a program, you can use the search tool to make sure the program has not already been posted by typing the title of the program or the programs url, example www.proptc.com.
